Full Villa Facelift

This Ponsonby renovation was a brilliant project to work on. This lovely old Stuart Street villa had been purchased by clients we’d built for 5 years previous. Our mission was to give the ‘old girl’ a full facelift that included both bathrooms being modernised and the kitchen upgraded. But the highlight was the hallway which we re-built from scratch. As you walk through the front door you are hit this long, elegant feature hallway that looks like brand new - but has actually been there for a 100 years. It was a show-stopper!
